Summary
Western Union, one of the oldest American companies now best known for international remittance, was looking to refresh and modernize their mobile experience and web presence. Working closely with branding specialists in Marketing, I created four versions of proposed designs that were then narrowed down to one that focused on lifestyle imagery with a familial tone. This look and feel was then propagated across the mobile app and other products.

My Role
As a senior interaction designer, I also redesigned existing flows to meet with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act guidelines, designed new flows for repeat-recipients and incarcerated recipients, updated existing functionality like Profile page and settings, and created a design system for the mobile web experience.
