ROADMAPS v2 - Revamp

Summary
V2 of roadmaps includes an update of the map background art and dungeon pin grid, updated dungeon pin styles, updated UX patterns for interacting with Acts and Stages.

Objective
Players wanted a way to preview locked dungeons, rewards in stages, and to be able to replay stages. The new UI design provides more information and context around stage and act requirements, introduces “nightmare mode” and a new stage requirement, “items as stage entry” cost.

This revamp was deeply tied to another new feature, Subscriptions, wherein certain roadmaps are only available to subscribers of different tiers.

My Role
Lead Product designer for this feature and sister feature Subscriptions.

Results
Play test results showed that the new roadmap features were received very favorably, subscriptions garnered a lot of interest, especially around price points, extra content, and signup bonuses. Please find the high fidelity prototype I designed for the play test below. It is password protected, so be sure to request access.

Wars Features

Cross Region Wars (new feature) and Wars v4 (improvements)

WARS v4

Improvements to war in War v4 include updated rewards and leaderboard screens, new general functionality. Cross-region war included updates of existing flows and screens to provide insights into rewards and improve matchmaking.
